The firm's corporate practice focuses on business planning, estate planning, business and corporate transactions and complex business litigation.
The firm's real estate practice includes residential and commercial development and leasing, Home Owners' Association documentation, and condominium creation and conversion.
The firm also handles personal injury, product liability, fire, commercial fraud, malpractice, and other complex litigation matters, estates and trusts, bankruptcy and general corporate matters.
The firm also offers a variety of legal services to start-up and growing businesses ranging from the selection of the proper form of business organization for a new business (such as corporation or limited liability company) to representation relating to mergers and acquisitions involving established closely held businesses. We believe that it is important for businesses to have well drafted agreements among their owners and with third parties to enhance business relationships and to reduce the incidence of disputes which could lead to costly litigation.
